Reed Companies is a Florida Corporation committed to excellence as a general contractor for the acquisition and development of residential and commercial properties. One of Reed’s primary purposes is to create long-term lease and sales opportunities for outside companies and entities and continue to participate on an ownership basis, as well as fee development work and construction work.

Reed’s focus is in the multi-family residential market, as well as single family homes, light industrial, and commercial projects. Reed and its principals have financed, developed and constructed more that 10 million square feet of multi-family real estate projects in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas.
